Ingredients:
- 8 oz softened full-fat cream cheese
- 1/3 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp full-fat milk
